Alcazar Proudly serves what has been billed, by its patrons, as the best food you can get at any tourist institution in Jerusalem and surrounding areas.
The new Alcazar
In 1993, Alcazar started a major renovation project that took a total of three years.
Now after hundreds of thousands of dollars, Alcazar has a brand new, professionally designed lobby, a brand new heating and cooling system, a new look bar and a state-of-the art reception desk. The
dining room had had a face lift, as has the meeting room and all the hallways and lounge areas.
Enormous work has been done in the bedrooms too, from new Simons beds to new sheets and bed spreads, to a complete overhault to all utilities.
Further improvements are undergoing research at the present time, the management plans to spend some time on a new roof top dining room, a bigger kitchen, and a number of minor projects that will
ultimately raise the level of the hotel by a few notches.
